We worked with Rina for planning and Shine for floral/design at Shining Time Wedding, and we were really happy with both of them. Rina was very responsible, responsive, organized, and flexible throughout the whole planning process. She guided us through what we needed to work on at different stages, remembered our preferences, and helped us think through both the big decisions and all the small things we needed to prepare and bring to the venue. She came with us to the venue tour, catering tasting, and final walkthrough, even when it meant a long drive during rush hour, and she was always on time and prepared. She remembered what we had discussed and paid attention to all the little details along the way. She was also very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to messages and emails. She worked well with our other vendors and gave us helpful suggestions whenever we had questions or weren’t sure what to do. On the wedding day, Rina was calm, proactive, and very good at keeping things moving. There were a few times when other vendors did not fully follow what had been discussed during the walkthrough, but Rina remembered the details and made sure everything was still handl

I recently worked with Shining Time Wedding, Rina, for my July 2026 wedding. To say I am incredibly pleased with my florals would be an understatement. Rina did a fantastic job on my arrangements from the ceremony arch, to the reception table centerpieces, to mine and my bridesmaids bouquets/corsages. Rina even brought extra baby’s breath for several cocktail tables. I cannot recommend Rina enough, I will certainly be working with her in the future for all my floral needs. Thank you Rina!!

Rina and the Shining Time team helped to make my wedding even more beautiful than I had imagined. When selecting a florist with my coordinator, I was drawn to Shining Time because of their creativity and use of texture and dimension in floral arrangements. Each event looked unique and the florals were beautifully designed. For my wedding it was the same- I loved how the colors and dimension improved and brought together my ceremony and reception space. Throughout the process Rina was friendly and responsive in her communication and I absolutely loved the final product. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the flowers were. Would definitely recommend Shining Time!

I wish I could rate Shining Time Wedding more than 5 stars! They were BY FAR the best vendor we worked with for our wedding. We used them for full wedding planning, florals, and design. Our planner, Rina, was incredible from the very beginning. Even before we booked a venue, I knew choosing the right planner would be the most important decision for our wedding, and it was so important to find someone who understood my vision. The fact that they also excel at florals was an amazing bonus. In the days leading up to the wedding, Rina did everything in her power to make sure everything all came together: helping coordinate vendors, even through tight time constraints and restirctions. I don't know how she did it, but she made it work! Her floral and design proposal was absolutely perfect, even down to the Chinese/Vietnamese tea ceremony backdrop. We received SO many compliments on the florals throughout the entire day. It truly was the most beautiful wedding I could have imagined for myself, and I’m so grateful to Rina and the entire Shining Time Wedding team for bringing it to life.

As a bride who didn't have a wedding planner and is no flower expert, Shining Time was the perfect help I need. I hired Shining Time for both Month of Coordination and Florist Service. And I am super glad I did. For the month of Coordination, Rina managed all my vendors starting about a month before the wedding date. She sets up zoom calls with my photographer, DJ , venue, and lion dancer before the wedding and made sure we were all on the same page. The day of the wedding, Rina, decorated the venue with all the DIY items we brought. I was so impressed with the way she arranged everything so pretty and elegant. Rina was super friendly with my friends and family, and she helped set the tone for a chill, friendly, and stress-free wedding for me! For the floral portion, all I did was send them some inspiration ideas and color pallet. The arrangements Rina and her team delivered was so so so pretty and within the budget I set earlier. In addition, my sister added a couple of DIY flower vase arrangement as a thoughtful gift to me at the venue.
